Heating Equipment
The Flexible Ceramic Pad (FCP) heater is a product that uses high-quality nickel-chromium alloy steel wire ropes covered with high-purity aluminum oxide ceramic insulating sheets. According to the shape and size of the workpiece, it can be designed as a crawler-type or rope-type heater. This type of heater can be easily spliced or bent to closely wrap around the workpiece, providing efficient and convenient heating. It has a wide range of applications, fast heating speed, high heat utilization rate, and is easy to operate. The maximum surface temperature can reach 1050°C.
FCP heaters are suitable for heating various metal components, such as the pre-welding heating of large towers, pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipelines. They can also be used for the auxiliary heating of indoor and outdoor pipelines and containers. The FCP heater is currently the most advanced and practical localized heating equipment.
