All key incoming materials are inspected (for example, full inspection of the performance of raw material such as Mgo powder, resistance wire, Metal tube), all semi-finished products during the processing are inspected, and all finished heaters are inspected before shipment (the number of tests is equal to the quantity of your order: such as insulation, pressure resistance, and resistance tests etc). From raw materials to finished heaters, there are more than 30 quality inspection processes that are fully traceable. We provide MTC for each order. At the same time, our company has obtained: Ex explosion-proof certification, EU CE certification, ISO certification, EAC certification, pressure equipment certification,etc. To ensure that every heater is the commitment of our technical strength over the past 20+ years.
