◆Good insulation: The electromagnetic coil is wound with a customized special high-temperature and high-pressure special cable, and the insulation performance is good, and there is no need to directly contact the outer wall of the tank, and there is no leakage or short-circuit fault, and it is safe and worry-free.
◆Improve the working environment: The electromagnetic heating equipment, which adopts the internal heating method, the heat is gathered inside the heater body, and there is almost no external heat dissipation.
◆Free design: It can be designed as explosion-proof type and outdoor rain-proof type according to different application conditions.
◆Long service life: Due to the fact that the electromagnetic coil basically does not generate heat itself, the service life is long, and there is no need for overhaul, and there is no maintenance and replacement cost; the heating part adopts a ring-shaped cable structure, the cable itself does not generate heat, and can withstand a high temperature of more than 500°C, and the service life is up to 10 years. No maintenance is required, and there is basically no maintenance cost in the later stage.

Technical principle
The electromagnetic heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy by using the principle of electromagnetic induction. The electromagnetic heating controller rectifies the alternating current of 220V and 50/60 Hz into direct current, and then converts the direct current into high-frequency and high-voltage electricity with a frequency of 20-40 KHZ, or converts the three-phase alternating current of 380v and 50/60 Hz into direct current and then converts the direct current into high-frequency and low-voltage direct current of 10-30 KHZ for heating industrial products.
When the high-frequency and high-voltage current that changes rapidly in the electromagnetic heating coil flows through the coil, a rapidly changing alternating magnetic field will be generated. When a container containing iron is placed on it, the surface of the container will immediately cut the alternating magnetic field lines and generate an alternating current (that is, eddy current) in the metal part at the bottom of the container. The eddy current makes the carriers at the bottom of the container move rapidly and irregularly, and the carriers collide and rub with each other to generate thermal energy. Thus, the effect of heating the items is achieved. That is, it is a heating method by converting electrical energy into magnetic energy and generating induction eddy current on the surface of the heated steel body. This way fundamentally solves the problem of low thermal efficiency caused by heating through the heat conduction method such as electric heating sheets and electric heating coils.

Figure 1 shows the silicic acid filter cotton, and Figure 2 shows the high-temperature wire. Do a good job of heat preservation on site, wrap Figure 1 around the on-site pipeline, and then wind the high-temperature wire around the heat insulation cotton. Fix both ends with high-temperature resistant tape or rainproof cable ties, as shown in Figure 3.
