Three conditions are defined for a pressure vessel

In the development of the times, every moment of industrial innovation is shaping the future. Sinton group stands at the forefront of this change, the new wave of pressure vessel technology. We can not only make atmospheric electric heaters, but also can undertake electric heaters in high-pressure environments. It is not only the core of the chemical and petrochemical industry, but also an important force in promoting industrial progress and ensuring production safety.

Pressure vessel is a kind of airtight equipment containing blue gas or liquid, which can bear certain pressure. In order to carry out scientific management and safety inspection more effectively, pressure vessels are divided into three types according to working pressure, medium harmfulness and its effect in production.

1. The working pressure is greater than or equal to 0.1 mpa (the working pressure is the pressure that the top of the pressure vessel can reach under normal working conditions (the gauge pressure) ;

2. Inner diameter (non-metallic cross-section means its size) is greater than or equal to 0.15 m. The volume (V) is greater than or equal to 0.025 m3, and the product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5 mpa-l (volume refers to the geometric volume of the pressure vessel) ;

3. The packing medium is a gas, a liquefied gas and a liquid whose operating temperature is above or equal to its standard boiling point.

Sinton group is well aware that behind every pressure vessel, carrying the commitment to efficiency and safety. Therefore, we strictly comply with TSG21-2016“Fixed pressure vessel safety technical supervision procedures” to ensure that each product can be in the more stringent conditions, showing good performance and reliable safety.

Pressure vessel Heater is widely used in many fields, such as industry, civil, military industry and so on. It plays an important role in many fields of scientific research. Among them, the chemical industry and petrochemistry are the more widely used. Pressure vessels used in petrochemistry alone account for about 50% of the total number of pressure vessels.SINTON's pressure vessel heaters have a wide range of applications in the fields of chemical and petrochemical industries. When there is a heating demand, the heating temperature is higher than the liquid melting point. In this case, pressure vessels are necessary.
