Technical principle:
Sinton Electromagnetic heater: Electromagnetic heater is a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy. The electromagnetic heating controller rectifiers 220V, 50/60HZ alternating current into direct current, and then converts direct current into high frequency and high voltage electricity with a frequency of 20-40KHZ. Or 380v 50/60HZ three-phase alternating current is converted into direct current and then direct current is converted into 10~30KHZ high frequency low voltage high current electricity, used to heat industrial products.

Sinton Electromagnetic heating ring: high-speed changes of high frequency and high voltage current flowing through the coil will produce high-speed changes in the alternating magnetic field, when the iron container is placed above, the surface of the container is cut alternating magnetic field lines and the metal part at the bottom of the container produces alternating current (eddy current), eddy current makes the carrier at the bottom of the container high-speed irregular movement, carriers collide with each other, friction and generate heat energy.
