Sinton Group was founded in 2001 with a registered capital of 100.88 million yuan. Headquartered in Yancheng, Jiangsu, one of the cities in the central area of Yangtze River Delta, Xingtai Group is a comprehensive group integrating four industries: heater manufacturing and energy management, import and export trade, modern service industry and financial leasing. At present, it has built an office building, storage and industrial plant covering an area of 120 mu and a construction area of 70,000 square meters, with more than 10 wholly-owned, holding and equity subsidiaries, with total assets of 300 million yuan, and the total number of employees exceeds 300 people. The main industry of the group is the production, research and development and energy management of energy-saving and environmental protection heating products. The products are sold to more than 120 countries around the world, and are widely used in various industries such as petrochemical, medicine, textile, agriculture, coal to electricity and life service.

Our journey
2001: Yancheng City West Fu Hua low voltage electrical sales Department was established, founder Wang Fu Hua with 9000 yuan loan, in the small sea Road rented less than 20 square meters of the facade, sales of electric heating components, hardware and electrical appliances, began the entrepreneurial process.

2004: Established Yancheng Sinton Electric Co., LTD., started e-commerce sales; The following year, we obtained independent export rights, expanded the market to developed countries such as Europe and the United States, and purchased the first Santana car.

2008: Xiaohai Road moved to Yanma Road, the office area expanded to 150 square meters, and the products obtained CE certification.

2009: Invested 5 million yuan to acquire 20 mu of land in Xinghua Zhangguo Industrial Park, built 5,000 square meters of production workshop and 2,000 square meters of office building, and improved its own brand and production capacity.

2010: Moved from Yanma Road to Huabang International CBD, established Yancheng Hopebond Alloy Electric Appliance Co., LTD., the main electric heating elements, equipment, products obtained 1S09001 quality certification, the next year obtained explosion-proof heater production qualification, and established Sinton Industrial Group.

2012: In order to establish a corporate image and better expand sales and service work, we purchased a whole floor office building in Zijin Building to provide superior working environment for employees and better product experience for customers.

2014: Acquired 36 mu of land in Yandu District, established Yancheng Suyuan Electromechanical Technology Co., LTD., and built 20,000 square meters of factory buildings and office buildings.

2016: Moved from five-star office building Zijin Building to self-built office building factory, established Yancheng Sinton Sports Development Co., LTD in the same year.

2017: The introduction of South Korean technology and team, the development of energy-saving nano heating tube, nano electric heating furnace series products, into the civil product market, to promote the diversification of the group's business.

In 2018, the factory moved from Xinghua Zhangguo to Yancheng, acquired 60 acres of land in Tinghu National Environmental Protection Industrial Park, and built a manufacturing base integrating production, research and development, office and storage.

2020: The 16-story Sinton Building with 30,000 ㎡ production base is completed and put into use. The formation of an area of 100 acres, assets of 300 million yuan group operation pattern. Joint venture Sinton Energy Company, nano products independent operation; Establish a provincial-level mass maker space.

2022:51% equity of Shurong International was acquired, the second phase of Tinghu Industrial Park was put into use, and new products were developed in cooperation with Yueda, Suzhou Institute of Nano-Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Maritime University. An employee stock ownership platform has been established, and the corporate values of co-creation and sharing have further taken root.

2023: Expropriate 20 mu of land in Dafeng Xinfeng Industrial Park to build the second Sinton Industrial Park. Three of its subsidiaries completed share reform.
