Pressure vessel definition and analysis of three conditions

In industrial production, the pressure vessel is a kind of sealed equipment bearing a certain pressure, containing gas or liquid, and has an important role. According to the relevant standards, the definition of pressure vessels and three conditions are as follows:

Definition:

Pressure vessel refers to a closed equipment, used to contain gas or liquid, and can withstand a certain pressure equipment. Its design and manufacturing should comply with the national standard GB/T150.1 ~ 4-2011 "Pressure vessel" and TSG 21-2016 "Fixed pressure vessel safety Technical Supervision Regulations".

Three conditions:

Working pressure conditions: The working pressure of the pressure vessel must be greater than or equal to 0.1MPa, which refers to the pressure that can be reached at the top of the container under normal working conditions, excluding the hydrostatic pressure.

Size and volume conditions: The inner diameter of the pressure vessel (for non-circular section refers to its size) must be greater than or equal to 0.15m, and the volume (V) must be greater than or equal to 0.025 cubic meters, and the product of the working pressure and volume must be greater than or equal to 2.5 Mba-L.

Medium conditions: The medium contained in the pressure vessel must be a liquid with the working temperature of a gas, liquefied gas or medium higher than or equal to its standard boiling point.

These three conditions ensure that the pressure vessel can meet the requirements of safe use in the design and manufacturing process, and ensure the safety and stability of the production process. For the design, manufacture and use of pressure vessels, we will strictly comply with relevant standards and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of pressure vessels, and provide reliable protection for industrial production.

The design and manufacture of pressure vessels must comply with national standards to ensure their safe and reliable operation and provide protection for industrial production.
